I am a Compuserve 2000 member, however when I click on the links from IE (outside of CS2000), I get routed a couple of times and then get there is a problem with you account, contact Customer Service. When I contacted them, they had NO CLUE about forum access outside of CS2000 software. Do you have any contacts I might try?

I have no problem accessing the forums within CS2000, but I like the cleaner interface from IE.
