Hi Mike --

>>>
These couldn't have been blamed on obscenness thuogh. Not after what we just went through, but, how familiar are you with Cohen Vs. California, or: something "the Draft"? If thats anytype of precedent (and it unforunatly is) it doesn't surprise me that these people would be guilty :-(
<<<

Not one that springs to mind. Do you have any links?

>Hey, now we're getting somewhere! <g> So, obscenity only counts if someone other than the participant(s) observes it? What if it was a peeping tom? <g>

I actually think (now anyways) it is only obscenity if its something that is meant to be distributed. And anything else that might fall as obscene like exhibition is illegal anyway, not for obscenity.
<<<

So, what about all those topless Europeans in Miami-Dade? All they want are tanned tits -- they're not out to excite anyone. Obscene? Shouldn't a woman have the *right* to decide for herself whether or not she be tanned all over?

Later... Karl
