Hmm, now I'm confused. Earlier, when I asked:

Your reply was:

So that means this form doesn't have anything to do with SFReports (if I understand your setup) until you actually do something. So, I suspect the SDT/SFReports connection is a red herring, and there's some kind of object reference to the form being held open.
