I think I have found a work around. But for info here are the steps.

1. rebuildDBC
2. test form (works great and will close many times)
3. test other forms. (they work and form in question works great)
4. exit program
5. run program
6. test form in question - (works but will not close)
7. all other forms work (even with form in question still open)
8. exit

Next just has to be a clue.

1a. rebuildDBC
2a. test form (works great and will close)
3a. test other forms. (they work great)
4a. run reports using SFReports. (run any report)
5a. test form ( works but will not close)
6a. test Other forms and SFReport (while form in question is open - all work)
7a. exit program
8a. start program and test form ( will not close)

My work around is - I place a nodefault in gotfocus. this just happen to be luck that I found this. I have no 'gotfocus' code anywhere in any of my classes.

I have tried to find out what is open but so far I have found nothing.
