Jason...

I thought that at first, and operator error, till it happened to me in the MIDDLE of a page. Everything else
looked fine except the total in the group footer was missing for a middle group. When I reran the report, it was
there on the 3rd try.

I also tried sending it to two different printers on two different systems and we recently moved the entire software
package to a new system. It randomly did it the other machine as well.

>>>Hi Peter,
>>>
>>>I saw you did not get much answer.
>>>
>>>I have a similar problem at a client site, something is missing at the bottom of a report, the strange thing about it is that it always occurs on a specific machine and never on other places so, I told the tech. to look at it, up to now he did not found anything different with that machine...
>>>
>>>Hope this help.

>Peter,

>Sounds like the biggest problem is one of managing user expectations and education rather than the technical one.

>If this only happens on one pc, have you tried using that pc and printing on a different printer, or vice versa using that printer from a different PC? The idea here is to isolate the problem. It may have to do with things like printable area settings, or even a problem with the drivers for the printer. I'm clutching at straws here, but that's what popped into my head as I read your message.
