I've been price shopping Win2K machines and I've been told by both Compaq and Dell that I can't get a CD-RW drive with their W2K machines. Neither will configure an internal Zip drive with W2K either at this time.

I know I can go the USB route for these devices but it seems worrisome me to me that these compatibility problems are so prevalent with Win2K.
