I was in partially in error about having to download it for '98.

I'm looking at WROX's WSH Programmer's Ref.

On machines running '98 or above. It has to be selected to be installed during Windows Setup. Check under "Add/Remove Programs", "Windows Setup", then "Accessories" to select it. However, according to a chart they have, WSH 1.0 is what comes with '98. You have to download V 2.0.

For '95 or NT, you also have to download WSH. However, I believe that IE 5 will also install WSH.

V 2.0 is available during setup for Win 2K.
