our company has a company logo. i would like to use this as our icon instead of the fox
when i distribute my applications. i have a couple of copies the logo in .bmp format. i downloaded
a couple of shareware apps to convert this to an icon, but they didnt seem to help.

started from ground zero, whats the best approach?
