You are right I have more than one issue. What I am trying to do is ... eliminate the need for our users to exit our VFP application and then run any of a series of compiled Crystal Reports. I eventually want to be able to have a VFP front end screen for the reports that captures the parameters and then passed them on to the report.

I was able to make a report appear but I was not able to accept and pass the parameters. I was thinking that part of the problem may be with the OBDC connection since I could make the report ask for parameters but even when I put them in the data did not change in the report.

Anyway I tried the code you sent and I now get an OLE error.

Where did you find the example? I have CR-8 and there seems to be very little outside of samples for VB.
