There are some great white papers on the west-wind web site. I started out with foxisapi, using the book from West-Wind as a guide, and got pretty far with it.
Although my site was working OK using straight FOXISAPI, I found it easier to impliment more advanced features (like cookies) by purchasing their Web Connection product. I'm glad I muddled through FOXISAPI stuff first, tho, since I feel I understand web issues better as a result.

>I've posted a couple questions regarding running foxisapi.dll and the foxweb and foxis samples and got not one response. Is anyone running VFP as a server over the web? Anyone?
