foxisapi dll is supposed to be for IIS (run on NTS) - and indedd I used it
with out much problems in this set up
I don't know this for a fact(becase I didn't try that ) but maybe the PWS
API does not match exactly the IIS API..
which can probably lead to crashes etc.
