I 100% agree with everything you mentioned concerning the
quality issues you have with this particular test site.
While I have not been to the site myself you point out
some very good issues. I was just trying to point out that
the "concept" of taking and receiving web based certification
is already a reality.

Did you know that Orthopaedic Surgeons can take either
CBT or web based, accredited, certification exams. Why
is it a stretch to think this format won't work?

By the way do you think M$ is already thinking about this
very idea? Perhaps something already in the works? I
wouldn't be surprised.
