IIS problem revisited...

>I already solved the problem on our IIS setup. The culprit is the WinGate Proxy Server which have the WWW Services which is not running properly. The Web application created should also have a unique IP address assigned which should not be identical to the IP address being used by the server because the proxy is using it to service our internet connections outside.
