Thanks Craig!

Yes. I already reinstalled it and restarted the server. Still VI couldn't seem to communicate with the server...

But IE has no problem...

>>I already solved the problem on our IIS setup. The culprit is the WinGate Proxy Server which have the WWW Services which is not running properly. The Web application created should also have a unique IP address assigned which should not be identical to the IP address being used by the server because the proxy is using it to service our internet connections outside.

>>To invoke the web app in the workstation: http://wsn_server/mywebapp it should not be 'localhost' because it seems you're referencing to your computer 'my computer.'
>>
>>We are already using IE 5.0 when I posted this problem before and so, it is not an incompatibility issue with the IIS.

>>However, the problem is not yet 100% solved. Using IE as my browser all are OK, works fine and flawless - server or workstation. However when using Visual Interdev as the means of creating a project, it does not communicate with the server again. When creating a project, and after specifying the server it gives me an error:'unable to communicate with the server."
