Set it to use the System settings. This will use the proxy settings you already have implemented in IE. Since that is working, that should do it.

If it doesn't there may be a problem with your proxy server configuration. Supposedly, VI only uses HTTP protocol to connect to a web site. However, I have found porblems going through a firewall/proxy with it. FrontPage will work but VI won't. I haven't figured out why yet.
