Usually, if you drag things into a public forum, it tends to get the attention of folks, and with that, you get some action. Beleive me, I tried to do this nicely in private. When that fails, I take it to the court of public opinon.

Clearly, most folks appreciate the candor expressed in this thread. And, IMO, folks will benefit from it as well. If nothing else, they are better informed.
