Thanks for a very thoughtful reply. Can I assume that by "hotmail" you mean "hotsend" and by "Fox2Word" you mean "FRX2Word"? I have just tried the latter and had success one time, but after that it keeps bombing...keeps telling me there is an illgal file name. I sure can't see what name they mean. Very frustrating since it was working OK before. Guess I'll poke around in the Third Party threads and see if there are any others with a similar expericne.
