This is a major pain in the behind bug with VFP 5.0. The way around this (other than upgrading-which I have yet to do) is to extend the 'opentables' method of the report and use 'set filter' to only display the records you want. I found in the knowledge base. My apologies to the author of this tip, I cannot find the name. If you need further info or can't find this article just let me know.
