I must me missing the boat on something guys, because I'm having a tough time getting some of my forms to resfresh. When I move the pointer to a new record for example, my screen variables do not refresh. My buttons to move the pointer have some old validation procedures from the days of 2.6. These have worked great under VFP (I upgraded the forms from 2.6 to VFP), until I decided to re-create them from scratch. Even my EXIT button, does not clear events and exit the form anymore. The two screens have identical coding behind the buttons, but there must be a method somewhere that is causing the new one to act like this.

If anyone can be courteous enough to give me an explanation or assistance, please let me know, and I can send you a screen example for you to take a look.
