I see you're relatively local to me geographically.
Whenever I have two cases of something where one works and the other doesn't, I compare them line-by-line to see where the difference is. If you've done this and still can't find it, e-mail the form to me and I'll take a look at it.
You might also want to bring this up at the user group meeting (next meeting is May 3--go to
www.elsoftware.com/fdnframe.htm for info.) We have a 45 minute Q&A session at the beginning of each meeting.
>I must me missing the boat on something guys, because I'm having a tough time getting some of my forms to resfresh. When I move the pointer to a new record for example, my screen variables do not refresh. My buttons to move the pointer have some old validation procedures from the days of 2.6. These have worked great under VFP (I upgraded the forms from 2.6 to VFP), until I decided to re-create them from scratch. Even my EXIT button, does not clear events and exit the form anymore. The two screens have identical coding behind the buttons, but there must be a method somewhere that is causing the new one to act like this.
