I've set up a maintenance plan on SQL 7 using the Database Maintenance Wizard. I would like the weekly backup to overwrite the previous backups on the tape, instead of appending them. I haven't found any references on how to do this in the SQL books or KB. I can do it manually, but can't figure out how to have the job do it.
