Set up a single FTP server or SQL Server (well, SQL Server, Oracle, I
don't really care).
Have each office PUT their own message on the server at 11:30 pm, local
to the time of the west-most office.
At midnight, local to the time of the west-most office, have all clients
retrieve all of the messages.
Two things: 1) I don't care if it's an FTP server or a database
server. The mechanics are irrelevant, you just want to get the job
done. 2) I say 'local to the time of the west-most office' since that's
usually safe across the US. If your stores close at 9, and you have
stores across the US, and you base things on midnight in New York, then
the stores in WA, CA, and HA (is that the correct abbreviation for
Hawaii) will be missed.
