Well, I can recognize myself here on the UT, so it looks pretty accurate to me. At least, it looks like how I imagine myself to look. :-)

Terrible is not a word I would use (I'm not that dumb). Now that I've met you in person I can see the resemblance, but I don't know that I could have picked you out of a crowd based on the UT picture.
When Ed Rauh and Bill Caton came over for a visit early this year, I was shocked to see what they *really* look like, as they probably were about me.
This feels so strange to know people so well online, and then stand awkwardly around staring at each other when we finally meet in person -- making small-talk while thinking "This isn't the same person I know on the UT". :-)
Then after a few minutes of geek-speak, all is well.
