Probably in Explorer if you change to 'Large Icons' you will see them, and if you change to 'Small Icons' you will not (or the other way around). Some .ICO files contain two images, a 16x16 image and a 32x32 image. Your .ICO probably only has one of these two.
The only way
know of to deal with this is to use imagedit.exe - which I have only seen shipped with VFP 5.0 - to edit the .ICO, copy the image, add a second image & paste it in. I'm sure there are other tools, but I do not know of them...
>I had set icon files for each of my exe files in the project manager. It worked great and you could see the proper icon in the Windows explorer. I changed some of them and now all I see in explorer is the default Fox icon. What did I do? I have recheck everything. When I run the main exe it does show the proper icon in the upper left as it should. I just would like it to show in explorer as it did before. I also noticed that where I saw the icons with the ext files when I did a build, where it asks what to name the exe and shows the existing exe files, it also now just shows the default fox icon.
