Since I work (and most of workers at Crane) for the Navy as a civil servant, these kinds of reprimands are supposed to affect the person in that certain year end bonuses may be cancelled for them or they are to have the incident written up in their personal performance evaluations. But what I usually see is the management does not take the incidents seriously enough and just slap their hands and tell them not to do it again. Which in turn just causes it to happen again. We need an example set and I think this time we can get 22 examples if the top brass would force the issue.
