Given the widespread nature of this and the fact that millions were affected world wide and even many techies who know better where taken in, I'm glad I don't work for you. Have you ever done something professionally that was 'stupid', possibbly just once? Lighten up. Your 22 accounts are in good company from around the world. Personally, I hope your management treats this in the same way they have in the past. I know where I work people are still beating themselves up.
P.S. I have worked for Uncle Sugar in the past and realize the importance and/or the implications of this kind of stupidity.

But what I usually see is the management does not take the incidents seriously enough and just slap their hands and tell them not to do it again. Which in turn just causes it to happen again. We need an example set and I think this time we can get 22 examples if the top brass would force the issue.
