It seems to me that the DOJ is trying to punish Microsoft when instead they should be correcting the things that Microsoft did wrong. For instance, (this is just an example I am not necessarily agreeing that this is wrong) pay Netscape for lost browser sales, or force Windows to work properly with Sun's Java.
