Hi,
If you can't print to the printer, try the following :
1. Make sure the printer has no loos connection, or try to change the printer cable. or
2. Reinstall the printer driver, and make sure you can printer a test print paper. or
3. In some caces, if everything is okey, and still doesn't print you may have a virus in your system - this happened to me.

>For some reason our "Front Counter Computer" has gone stupid and believes no printers exist, at all. If it click Start|Settings|Printers, an explorer type window comes up and a flashlight icon displays, for as near as I can tell forever. It doesn't even get the Add Printer icon. Standard stuff applies, it worked yesterday, nobody did anything, just stopped working..... Suggestions on what to do?
