Our IS dept is paranoid about using ODBC because it is single threaded. I am trying to find out if amyone is using COM or COM+ to connect to an Oracle database. The database is state accounting data that is millions and I do not have a choice about the data warehouse i can use. I hear there is an Oracle dll or some file that will interface with COM. Trying to find someone that has used or configured it is the issue. If anyone knows the magic to create this connection, please let me know.
