I don't want to get into learning Oracle Dev. I did not give you all the info. I would use com from ASP. We are trying to stay away from control by our IS dept. If we use OD, they will want control of the project. Politics - don't ya just hate it! So, I am forced to find a process the has multi-thread capibility. I thought with MTS you would have a degree of security? I would think I could use VFP for front & middle(bus rules).
Our IS dept is using Oracle 7.0. Don't know when they will go 8.0. Could you tell me what has to be in place to use COM? Does the Oracle server have to have something to recognize COM?
