My example was "trying" to be simple. The real problem is I need to create a report showing the Patients that were Retroactively Terminated (Activated) including the Effective dates cross referenced with their current Eligibility. Since Patients often have overlapping Plans (secondary coverage), the Cap-Retro is reported multiple times.
