Hey Bill,
>My example was "trying" to be simple. The real problem is I need to create a report showing the Patients that were Retroactively Terminated (Activated) including the Effective dates cross referenced with their current Eligibility. Since Patients often have overlapping Plans (secondary coverage), the Cap-Retro is reported multiple times.

I've written more health, life, LTC, self-funded, brokerage, bordereaux, TPA, claims, premium admin, front-end reinsurance, retrocessional reinsurance, etc etc systems than I care to name since the mid-80's. Took LOMA classes. This doesn't freak me out :-)
Let me think about this data issue......
