Thanks for your reply Tom, but it is tough to go "looking for a new Government". As a government installation run by taxes from good people as yourself, being fiscally responsible is high priority. If the job can be done and done well with 2.6, adding bells and whistles with 3.0 is not using your money to its full potential.
