Here is the official reply from CIS - I suggest every UT member should write to this email address and point out that this is censorship. I get more than a 100 messages a day on my internet account without UT messages.

This is in response to your message concerning mail. Each
mailbox is designed to hold up to 100 messages at a time.
This has always been the set number. If you have 100 messages
in your mailbox, all other mail that is sent to you will be
returned to sender with a notice that states the mailbox is
currently full. As the mail is removed from the mailbox, more
mail can be delivered.
