You are right the only files you need are the ones you listed. One of these vfp5enu.dll can be substituted for another locale-specific.

In my case I want to replace vfp5enu.dll (is the english version and the default) with vfp5fra.dll (which is the french version). But it does not come in the original VFP5 CD.

So I am looking for this file vfp5fra.dll.
