Thanks for your thoughts on this. In my case the users might not buy it unless it is very easy to use. This is targeted to a group who will not use it unless it is easy (for them) and saves them time. They most likely have never used a computer before...

My position has always been to resist developing outside the windows standard to accomodate users who would benefit more by improving their computer skills. Windows already has options to adjust the look of the environment for special cases. Very often the argument from managers is 'we have high turnover'. Well, that's just passing the buck. IMHO
