That's one way to handle it, and probably the most intuitive for the end user. The constants come into play when you start making method calls to the Word object.

>Within this sample prg the word document is created and then displayed. I am wondering if it is possible to have the end user create the document and insert a "tag" or something ie <<cus_name>> where ever they would want data to be inserted from records and then save the document.
