I asked Michael about this a couple of months ago and he said there just wasn't the demand for the conferences to make them pay here. He did run one after the last one Lisa did (with Colin if I remember correctly) - 5AFTW with John Miller in 1996.
I guess it's the same symptom that caused Aeronaut to stop distributing FPA. At least Michael still distributes FoxTalk.

BTW, my $0.02 (incl GST) about the report writers: Crystal is a great product. If you've really got power users, send them on some of the (readily available) training and then turn them loose.
