Thanks for the 0.02c + GST worth.
Crystal may be a bit too heavy for my users - but no doubt a wise choice in certain circumstances. I wouldn't mind letting them loose in a data warehouse with such a tool, but I'd be a bit concerned on the live data on a network that's already heavily loaded.
