It's not technically a problem with TRANSFORM() as much as it is with the handling of the math internals.

I don't believe (and I think this has been discussed before) that there should be any concern about re-declaring a DLL. David Frankenbach, I think, did some tests in this area (if it was someone else, my apologies for not recalling). In fact, given that there's currently no way to test whether or not a particular one has been declared and that the only way to release one is to release them all, it's better to err on the side of caution than to be concerned about the impact on memory consumption.
