Dear Universal Threaders,

One of our customers is having trouble printing their reports. The reports are ordinary, yet complicated, Foxpro reports.
Their system uses one printer and a fax. The fax is driven by a program called zetafax.
As long as they use the default windiows printer (that is, the printing device which, in Windows, is assigned as the default printer)
they have no problem. But when they switch printers in the printing screen which appears just before the data is being sent to the
printer, the error message 'Error loading printer driver' appears and (you guessed..) no print is being made. As I said, this only
happens when they use any printer but the window default printer. When they switch the default printer in windows, everything is fine,
so the printer drivers ARE available.
Can this 'zetafax' driver be the cause of this problem or is there another terrible fault in our software?
