I guess so if Michel could handled being sued by anyone who didn't like how they got rated. There's more to this than you might think because of legal liabilities - what's to keep someone with a grudge putting up a dozen uncollaborated negative reports about someone? Seems like making such a 'service' opens yourself up to potential restraint of trade suits on one side and potential liability for people who find a bogus glowing review of a business only to be hosed to death by an unscrupulous vendor who 'commissioned' a few good reviews.

IOW, this probably would cause far more hassle for UT than any possible benefit might derive from it.
