Hi Jerry,

There's so many issues here. I'll only deal with one.

How do we judge the veracity of the person who is claiming foul? Maybe they just had a bad day, maybe their clients are all high-risk industries (stocks or .COMs), or maybe they are a crappy programmer (not referring to you Kevin < g >) People can also write good code that doesnt do what the client wanted.
