Hi Doug,
There is nothing like our meat cooked in what we call (La Parrilla), with the company of a good wine from "Mendoza" or "san Juan" or "Salta", which are some of the provinces that produce it.
It´s nice to know that someone in the world recognize our local "cuisine".
