Sorry, I must have missed something, Ellen. WHAT "page footer band" error message? Remember your total height of all the bands together must be less than the page length.

>Thanks for the reply. I have set the page footer to 3". I have set the custom length to 7". I'm running this on a dot matrix printer so I should be able to set any length. I just can't get past the "page footer band" error message.
