Barbara,

From reading some back threads on this that mostly the grids, editboxes need to expand as the form expands. The controls need to move to allow any expanding. If the user want's a bigger font... oop's I forgot this one...

In addition I make sure every screen is resizeable so people with good eyes can squash a screen into 100X200 pixels and tuck it in the corner of their 21 inch monitor. Those with bad eyes can expand the screen until they can read it.
