I agree with Jim. I have developed the framework on my own time to make
the application development process a bit smoother and faster. The
framework is essential, not only to the development of the code, but to
the running of the application. I grant my customers the right to use
(but not modify) the framework and, in some cases, to redistribute it,
but I retain copyright.
If the customer wants 100% ownership of the code, then I start from
scratch.
Most of the 2.x applications that I put together do NOT use the
framework, but most of the VFP applications DO use it. Go figger.
