Any ideas as to how to solve this problem. I have not been able to locate a solution:

I have 2 identical Win NT 4 Workstations. When I install Server services (so they can browse each other via Network Neighbourhood) I get the error:
The Server service terminated with the following error: Not enough server storage is available to process this command.

Using NetBIOS or TCP/IP or domain mode or workgroup mode makes no difference.

I tried installing SP4 but that crashed the PC at the login screen.
