I'll give the small exe for post-setup a try. Unfortunately, I need the form app because I'm using a wizard type U/I to gather a bunch of needed setup information for this app. So it may be that it will be time to plunk down some cash for an installer.

IOW, are you sure it's the form that's causing the problem, and not the setup process? Next, if that yields nothing:
