Larry;
Warp 14 was the fastest speed attained by the “Old Star Trek” crew. Now that is moving!
My college physics Professor Dr. Paxton, told a story about his postgraduate work. It seems he attended the first class of a theoretical mathematics class a few minutes late. As he was descending the steps of the class room (U.C. Berkeley) of 1200 students, and five associate teachers, the professor said: “As we approach two times infinity…”. At this point Dr. Paxton told us: “I realized I had no business being in that class and promptly turned around and left”! Dr. Paxton was a great physics teacher and the head of Lawrence Hall of Science.
It seems some things in life are beyond comprehension and just when we think we have grasped the understanding of a topic the definition changes.
